Barnes & Noble
Designing for, and adapting graphics for Barnes & Noble’s proprietary gift line, punctuate.
A Valentine's Day collection -
- it starts with some watercolor...
...which becomes a line plan....
... and then finally becomes a collection.
A collection for Mother's Day
....Full of florals....
...with colors bright and fun meant to appeal to any Mom
A micro collection of two pouches made to live with a larger gift offering
The process started with hand painting some gems
Tossing them into an all over print
And then glamming it up with some gold foil and alway dramatic black and white
Each pouch also had custom-made hardware created. Lips for this one and a diamond for the other.
A similar process was done for the lipstick allover print, though it kept its lipstick hues.
Accompanying hang tags also used the allover prints and similar color schemes.
Finally, a small assortment of the various packaging options created, showing a wide range of techniques - spot varnish, die cutting, and embossing.
